This is a 6 bedroom/ 4 bath home with all of the shared living spaced furnished. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances and is stocked with plates, silverware, and cooking items (just like an Air BnB!). Your private room is unfurnished, have a private 1/2 bath and private entry. Rent includes all utilities, including WiFi.
This house also has a cleaning service for the shared spaces, kitchen, and bathrooms that is included, as well as garbage and yard service!
We require First Month’s Rent and Deposit (equal to rent amount), plus a $45 application fee. Everyone who lives in this house must pass a background check. No smoking or vaping inside.
Currently there are 5 men living at the house, ranging in ages from 20s-60s. Most of them work full time and mostly keep to themselves. One roommate has a cat that stays in his room.
