Large, clean sunny, 3 bedroom house- in quiet, & safe neighborhood. The bedroom that is available has a private bathroom and located on the first floor. The room is sunny, and unfurnished.

We are walking distance to downtown Everett. We have gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, wood floor, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, plenty of off street parking, & fenced yard. Our house is 2,000 sq ft, and plenty of room.

All renters help with keeping common areas clean. Renters may have a guest spend the night twice a week. Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. We are pet friendly and currently there one cat at the house.

Close to stores, ECC, restaurants, park, and Easy access to I-5, . Close to bus station, shop, restaurants, library, park, ECC, & 2 blocks from 2 bus lines. I love biking around town.

One months rent for deposit, & $50 application fee (background & credit check).Don’t need to have great credit. Must show steady income. Income needs to be over $3000 a month. It can be a 3-6 month lease or 1 year. Arrange appt to view the house.

Share the house with 3 others, a man in his 30’s and in the banking business, and a couple (male & female) have the other room ( in there mid 20’s) and both work full time. We are looking for a person (1 individual only) that enjoys the benefits of shared housing, animal friendly, no drugs, non smoker, and no vaping. We had a past renter that occasionally smoked pot outside only and we would allow that.

We are friendly, creative, responsible, quiet, professionals. Must have no criminal record to live here. That is required for all renters, so it is a safe household.
