Looking for a new roommate in our 3 bedroom apartment in North Beach. It’s a great location near Fisherman’s walk and only a 25 min walk to the Financial District and Union Square. Pretty central to areas like Polk Street, Nob Hill, Russian Hill and the Marina. I’ve been here 8 years and absolutely love it.

The 2 existing roommates are 2 guys in their mid 30’s who both work in the Financial District. We enjoy to go out to eat, sports and drinks with friends and have our own lives going on. We don’t bring the party home and are respectful in the house.

We are looking for a male in their mid 20’s-mid 30’s clean, respectful and has their own life going on. This room is available until the end of December.
