Everything is accessible by transit or vehicle.Banks nearby,burgers,supermarket. Near nine mile if wanna go downtown without the traffic.Gym is across the street. 7-Eleven across the street,nice neighborhood.Yes I have a washer and dryer,that work very well.New AC. And furnace.Also new hot water tank.

I keep to. Myself,mostly just listen to music.I live in the living room,soon to be closed off.No animals here but cats are cool.Just me living here,I am very sociable with positive people.No parties or visitors basically on my end,I don’t want strangers walking or using toilet,yuck.Must clean up after yourself,not the next day kinda deal,it’s not difficult with the new dishwasher.
