About the place: Alcohol/ 420 friendly, no cigarettes. Spacious townhome, your own assigned parking space, furnished minus your room, your own bathroom outside the room (shared with guests), w/d in unit, centrally located, (1.2 miles from dog beach and 1.4 miles to Newport Ave.). Back patio for a bike or surfboard storage.

Female, 30, working from home indefinitely, I have 2 small trained loving dogs. Clean, organized, active, and an ambivert (introvert with extrovert tendencies). Game nights, movie nights, happy hours, & wine and cheese nights are fun! Music is central in my life. I have a demanding job as an analyst in the aerospace industry and also about to complete my Yoga teacher training certification. I think it’s important to stay active and live a balanced lifestyle. But still enjoy yourself. :) ‼️My stance on the pandemic: I’m safe and cautious but I don’t choose to live my life in a bubble and not leave my home. Aside from my boyfriend who is a frequent visitor, I do have guests and out of town visitors over from time to time. But not that often.
