Furnished room available 1 June but tenants needing something sooner can get in as there is a spare room for overlaps. Very clean and quiet house, 4 levels split. Across from Middleridge park with tennis and basketball. Centrally located between 3 nice shopping centers each 1-2 miles away. Two miles from GMU campus. Free parking right in front of the house. No pets and no smoking(of anything…..period…sorry) This rental has 3 other polite young professionals. There is a house rule against overnight guests here. Only the 4 paying tenants, no surprises. There is a 2nd room opening up 1 August, but that one shares a bathroom with one clean female.
About the roomies
Current tenants are young professionals. All very polite and considerate. In accordance with the law, no more than 4 tenants will be renting this property.
