Looking for 4th male roommie. 500sqft upstairs en-suite bedroom with private full bathroom in beautifully renovated home in North Minneapolis, just 3 miles from downtown. It’s big enough to fit a king size bed, dresser, couch, TV, and a small eating table or desk, perfect for working from home. You share the rest of the house with 3 other guys. Street parking. Plenty of extra storage in the basement and garage. House is right on a regional trail - half a mile to Theodore Wirth Park and half a mile to the Mississippi trails heading into downtown. Included in your rent: all utilities and high-speed internet. NO cable.

You must successfully pass a background and credit history check ($50). No smoking or drugs of any kind. $1,000 monthly rent + $500 deposit. Gross monthly income must be $2,500 or higher. Month-to-month lease. Students with lower credit score or income are welcome to apply as long as you have a co-signer. Your recent criminal history must be clean.

We’re looking for someone who’s responsible, clean, drama-free, and who takes the initiative to help when needed - put dishes away if they’re done, take the garbage out if someone else forgets, clean their own mess after cooking, occasional help with mowing the lawn or shoveling snow, things like that. This is not a party pad, but occasional visitors and friends over is OK.
