It’s a nice sized room that currently has a couch, dresser, nightstand, tv wall mount, and desk. Plenty of room for a queen sized bed. The room has a sliding glass door leading to the back patio. Utilities/internet included in rent and non-coin washer/dryer available for use. Must have your own transportation. The garage is available for additional storage. There is only one bathroom but it’s usually empty.

No deposit or last month’s rent necessary. Your minimum monthly gross income needs to be $2,325. 1st month’s rent due by signing. The lease is a 3 month minimum then goes month-to-month

I do not live there myself. There are two male roomies who are respectful. They both work through out the week.
