We have a 200 year old log home that sits on 2 acres in a neighborhood in Franklin. The room is upstairs and there is a small mini kitchen upstairs that is furnished with a microwave oven, coffee maker mini refrigerator and oven as well. We ask that you use this as your kitchen the one downstairs is available to guest for ice in the ice maker, and upon reuqest. There is another full refrigerator in the garage for your use. We have two dogs that are friendly a golden retrievers and one beagle who likes to bark. We had been Super-hosts on Airbnb until the Covid-19 hit so we are looking for a long term rental. The room is large with two beds, (one full and one single) a flat screen television, desk, dresser and a large closet. The bathroom is small as the house is old, but has a tub/shower mix with a pedestal sink.
I live in a suite downstairs with the dogs, and we have a male renter who also rents a room upstairs. He keeps to himself, and gets along with other renters.
