The gated community is centrally located in the Independence Heights areas less than a mile from the freeway. The room is located on the first floor with ample closet space. The common areas are shared. The location is close to galleria, downtown and energy corridor. I prefer a non-smoker, no drugs, drama or pets. A background check will be required.
