Hi, I’m Raven!
I have a room for rent in our super cute house located between Fountain City and Historic North Knoxville!
The room available is super happy with two bright windows. It would be great for someone who loves plants and needs an affordable, comfortable, clean and nice place to live! The rest of the house is furnished with everything someone could need. You would be sharing a bathroom. Utilities and business class WiFi are included in your rent.
I have two very well behaved, quiet small dogs, Titan, a loner pug/yorkie mix (18 lbs) and Skylar, a spunky playful yorkie (10 lbs) who are crated when we aren’t home and a very quiet cat named Kastor! I am a young professional who just graduated Architecture school. I have my own living room and bathroom in the back of the house so you would only be sharing most of the house with Damien (who has his own entrance and barely comes upstairs) and Rae.
I really strive to maintain a super clean environment, so if you’re messy, please don’t inquire. We want someone who leaves a space the way they found it.
Room could be furnished if you need!
I enjoy hiking, drawing, spending time on the water, lounging in my hammock with my dogs, traveling, exploring new breweries and enjoying live music, so we can be as social as you want us to be! Raven - I’m an architectural designer and work for a firm in Knoxville.
Rae - she’s a coffee shop queen who loves adventures.
Damien - works full time - keeps to himself. We never see him.
