Quiet room in adorable 1950’s available for a room mate. Rent is $375 + split electric bill (Internet, gas, water/sewer/trash included). You would be renting a bedroom in a 2bd/1ba home, so we would share a bathroom. 5 min drive from UNM and Nob Hill. There is one off-street parking spot. Washer and dryer in the home. In the Parkland Hills Neighborhood- closest landmark is Whittier Community Center. Neighborhood is very quiet with lovely parks near by… concerts on the green and food truck Tuesdays in walkable distance. The the room has plenty of space for a bed, desk, book case, etc (10ft x 10ft), BIG closet. 850 sq ft home. Efficient mini-split cooling and heating system- control temp in your room! Looking for a minimum stay of 6 months, although I am ok with a built-in trial period.
