The lease itself ends on 9/31/2021 and I would look for the new tenant to take on the remaining months. Loft styled apartment, meaning two floors. My room is on the 2nd floor of the apartment. Very spacious room with an immense amount of closet space. Spacious apartment with tremendous amount of natural light (floor to ceiling windows and a view of Statue of Liberty). The building itself offers a doorman, gym, shared pool (building across the street), less than 10 min walking distance from the path and downtown Jersey City. Building management has been great and no complaints whatsoever. Parking is available as well for a fee ($170/Month). Roommates: both males age of 27.
