There are two rooms available for rent in a single family home located steps from Ft. Belvoir and Huntley Meadows Park. There is ample storage space in an exterior shed and plenty of yard for relaxing, and outdoor games.

Room 1: approximately 10’ x 10’ Room 2: approximately 10’ x 10’

There is off-street parking available

There is one shared bathroom, an updated kitchen, a washer and dryer on site as well.

There is a common living and dining area, as well a den area.

Utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, trash) will be split among all roommates.

So far I am the only one living here. I don’t have pets, I work commercial construction so my typical hours are 6am-2pm. I am pretty active between going to the gym and coaching baseball year-round.
