Roger's room

Large bedroom, fully furnished, queen bed, two dressers, mirrors, a/c, ceiling fan, cross ventilation. Private bath, off street parking, bucolic rural neighborhood. House is set back from the quiet road 150 feet, on a hill, built into the side of a mountain. Kitchen privileges. WiFi and utilities included.

Home owner lives on premises, and is clean, quiet, and still working (part time.). You’ll have a large closet, your own room and private bath, plus an “office space” in the spare bedroom next door, should you need it. You need a car. The house is 2 miles from the closest quart of milk, and there is no public transportation, but is only 10 mi from Touro Dental/Med; Pace Law. If you’re musically inclined, the house has a piano (tuned), guitar, and ukulele, plus two soprano cats :-) . We have a large deck, and a propane grill. I provide sheets and towels. There is no storage space for your furniture. COVID-clean, and expect FASTIDIOUS attention to cleanliness detail. Must provide proof of vaccine.
