Cochran Street

I have a 2 bedroom townhouse in Simi Valley, very close to freeway! Very well kept complex and safe. My girlfriend and I live here with our 2 dogs, both very friendly. The house is furnished (except you would provide your own bedroom furnishings) and you would be welcome to use all of it 😊. The room is about 140 square feet master bedroom. It has private bath and shower and walk in closet with a nice large window. There’s also a half bathroom downstairs, kitchen, living room, patio, garage, and community pool and Jacuzzi! I also have washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. Everything is hard wood floor except the stairs (carpeted). We as roommates both work Monday - Friday early, so we are quiet early and dont party on weekdays. Great place to live comfortable and clean 😊
