Hi there, so the room we have open can fit a queen size bed. You’ll have a 2 door sliding closet with hardwood floors. Bathroom will be shared, so we expect each other to pick up after themselves. We split the cost of utilities and wifi, its normally around $100, sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on how hot or cold it is outside. We are big with tech in this house, and have built a solid firewall for protection against hackers. We have Ring security which you will have access to. We have 2 living areas, a dining room and living room to chill in front of the telly. Nice big yard, along with a shed for extra storage. Plenty of room for street parking, and we are totally cool with parties or sleepovers within reason and after COVID. I cook, OFTEN, and mostly at night after i get off work. I am 36 year old female Filipino, raised in Hawaii. My husband is 39, and I have a 20 year old daughter. We have a small service animal, Milo who is very well trained and causes no trouble. I work during the week, and when I’m home you’ll find me listening to music and most likely in the kitchen cooking.
