Hello all, the property is in Friendswood TX, close to Baybrook Mall, with easy access to I45. The home is a three-bedroom 2 bath single family home with a backyard. BBQuers welcome. There is one private bedroom with a shared bathroom available. I hate drama, just looking for someone who will clean up after themselves.

What you get, is a room with a window and a walk-in closet. The room is semi-furnished: Bed, with a television, a ceiling and a pedestal fan The bathroom is shared; however, you are not expected to be someone’s maid you and the other house stayer may craft a schedule. Access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, and a spot in the driveway. In addition, you will have ample room in the refrigerator and freezer to store food. T mobile internet connection ATT fiber optic is available in the neighborhood. However, they have the worst customer service, they wanted me to go without internet access for 3 days, so I left. I teach online on weekends and need a consistent and reliable internet connection. If you prefer AT&T or another provider, it will be in your name. You will still have access to T-Mobile. I am available Tuesdays, and Fridays after 6:00 to show you the room.
