Roommate Needed!

Looking for a young professional or mature student.

What you get: Room and some storage in basement if needed.

Parking: Street parking but there is always parking – it’s not a busy block. But in the winter you’ll need to be aware of snow removal.

Room Size: 11.5’x9.5’, extra large closet.

House is two bedrooms, 1 bath so we will share a bathroom. Close to downtown, U of MN campus and shopping is close by. Also, right near Victory Memorial Parkway and Theodore Wirth Park!

What I am looking for: I am looking for a young professional or mature student. I want someone who is also clean and respectful of my home. I will do all the lawn mowing/leaf raking/snow shoveling/etc. but I want someone who will contribute to the cleaning and maintaining the house.

A little about me: I am a 32-year-old female with two dogs. I work full time and right now I am working from home. When COVID finds a solve I will be going back into work and working some evenings. I am a clean person and I’d appreciate the same out of a roommate. I vacuum, dust, sweep, etc. regularly and I keep things very tidy. My dogs are a 6-year-old terrier mix and a 2-year-old hound mix. The 6 yo is a sweetheart but is hesitant to get to know strangers. As she warms up to you, you’ll be greeted at the door with a wagging tail. The 2 yo is a cuddle bug and will make you feel welcomed all day everyday! Both will stay out of your space and will pretty much leave you alone when I am not here. They don’t shed too much but I stay on top of it anyways.
