Furnished Master Bedroom in a beautiful, spacious home located in Lantern Gardens community in Las Vegas. The room has a king size bed. It has its own access to the balcony. The room has an en suite bathroom with 2 walk-in closets, toilet room, hot tub, shower, set of 2 sinks with vanity, and dresser.

Rest of the house is fully furnished as well. The house is located in a gated community, very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is protected with a home security system, complete with security cameras outdoor and indoor (everyone in the household will have access to them; shared areas only). Total of 6 bedrooms in the house. Common/shared areas are Kitchen, Living Room, Upper-Level Living Room, Reception Room, Garage, Laundry Room, Two Dining Areas, Balcony and a spacious Backyard. There is also a toilet downstairs. You will have pantry space as well as fridge space. Kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry room is complete with a washer and a dryer.

Rent does not include utility costs. Utilities are to be split between other roommates (Electricity, Water, Gas) however, high-speed internet connection is free and included in the rent. No pets allowed. No smoking inside. Three-car garage and driveway can fit three more cars. Plenty of street parking as well. The place is 10-15 minutes from The Strip. This room is going to be on a month-to-month lease agreement (automatically renewed unless you give 1 month notice to vacate) with 1 month security deposit upon move-in. 2 people max per room. This is a new home and the rest of the rooms are still vacant, other than the first floor master bedroom that’s occupied by the property management (myself and occasionally, my father and/or the owner of the house would visit.)
