Tallia's room

This apartment is in a fantastic and safe neighborhood in Jersey City, NJ. A fifteen minute walk from the PATH train, and >30 minute commute into Manhattan. The apartment is down the block from a fresh food market, and less than 5 minutes from a major grocery store. It is close to two local cafes (as well as Starbucks and dunkin donuts), and about a 15 minute walk from Lincoln Park. We are on the St. Peter’s university campus. Elevator, laundry in building, great sunlight, very spacious. The room being rented is furnished with a bookshelf/dresser, an XL twin bed, a nightstand, and a desk. Ideally to be sublet October-December, but longer arrangements can be made.

My roommate and I are two dancers that have been training in NYC for about five years now. She is a college student currently, and is working in NYC as a dance teacher. She is very friendly and clean. I am a ballerina, but I also write.
