Woodbine Street

Looking for a new roommate! this is a sunny (windows everywhere!) 2 br/1 bath apartment on the border of Ridgewood and Bushwick. Room is unfurnished with a crazy amount of overhead space (not pictured) and a nice closet- I can definitely help you decorate, I have some extra little things. It’s 9x10 with a high ceiling. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of our apartment, we have a nice hallway separating everything (it feels like a big place!), kitchen and living room (both furnished/ good to go) are separated and both have tons of light.

The apartment is on a 3rd floor walk up and is a 3 minute walk to the Seneca M train stop and 6 min walk to the Myrtle/Wyckoff L/M stop. It’s a gorgeous area, has everything you could need (groceries, bars, food), and a Blink Fitness one block over (that shit is finally reopening!). Rent is $995 per month before utilities (which averages somewhere between $30-50 per person per month, although we all know national grid can get expensive in the winter, con ed can get expensive in the summer). about me: I’m 25, a musician teaching from home (the place has thick walls and we’ve never once had a noise problem within the apartment or from neighbors), just got my Masters, friendly/respectful and want you to feel like you can enjoy the common areas to yourself/vice versa and down to hang and watch a movie sometimes! I’m vegan, but don’t mind at all what you do in the kitchen (within reason! haha). Most of all I just want a good situation, we’ve all had bad roommate experiences and I just want something easy/nice, we keep it clean, and split utilities!
