I have two rooms to rent in my trailer in the Arizona Mills Mall area. The first room has access to a half bath and shared laundry room, Can use private entry. The Laundry room is shared. This room is $700, with a non-refundable security deposit of $150.00. For cleaning and what ever else is needed after moving out The second room is very small and has a twin bed and 5 draws built in it already. This room is $400, with $100 non-refundable Security deposit. Any damage done will be fixed and charged to your rent. We all will share the other areas of the house, the living room, kitchen laundry room and outdoor area’s. All utilities included in your rent. Must have a verified job of at least a year. Looking for clean, courteous respectfull and well mannered people. Deposits are $100 & &150, both non-refundable. I’ll have pictures once current roommate leaves. Here are the pictures. These are month to month rooms.

I’m looking for two roommates, I live here by myself and my cats. I prefer a non smoker, but if you do smoke, you have to smoke outside. I am a clean person and like the house kept clean. The house is built for privacy, and we all can live here and not be on top of each other.
I want someone who cleans up after themselves, who is polite and courteous, working and well mannered. No other pets allowed.
