Hey we are looking for one more awesome roommate to renew a lease! One roommate is moving for a new job soon so will have one room for rent in a nice 3/2 apartment complex with lots of amenities(pool, gym, parking garage, clubhouse, pickleball) with utilities split by 3

About the roomies

Current roommates are 2 guys, we keep pretty busy with work, and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. One’s into running and one moving out is into golf, also into music, edm but the roommate moving out likes a mix of hip hop/ country too, also video games, marvel/ Star Wars, dbz.. Looking for another roommate to lease in October or November at the latest… very occasional music playing, around 20s no pets unfortunately, students, professionals welcome, occasional guests ok, must be clean (like no piles of dishes and pans in the sink)
