I have a furnished room in my 3-bedroom condo that is available with a full-size bed, desk, desk chair and entertainment stand with drawers. You can use the small smart TV that’s in the room, or you may bring your own. You will have use of the main bathroom mostly to yourself. I use the bath in my bedroom suite. You have full use of the kitchen - dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The kitchen was recently updated and it is kept clean, please. No dirty dishes lying around. We have a washer and dryer. We have a sunny breakfast area for eating, a small patio with a barbeque, and a wood-burning fireplace. A flowering crape myrtle is right outside your bedroom window and a young Kwanzan cherry blossom tree that I planted is by the patio. You will have free parking just outside your bedroom window, free Wi-Fi and a pool pass in the summer. Your rent includes all home utility expenses. I am centrally located off of Columbia Pike/Rt. 29 and MD-200 Inter-County Connector, near the new Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center, Verizon, FDA White Oak Campus, Kaiser Permanente, Beltsville, Columbia, and Laurel. Calverton-Galway Park is a 5-min. walk - great for exercise. I am seeking another clean, mature and reliable housemate. I prefer another friendly and upbeat male - a student or a professional. You must be OK with kids because grandkids visit on occasion. They’re well-mannered, respecting of your personal space and they’re really cute. :) No drugs, smoke, baggage or trouble, please. I am a lowkey, liberal, Afro-Latino guy. I’m a bit of a news junkie and I enjoy Jeopardy, Netflix, Pop, Latin, and EDM/House music. If there is anything going on at the condo - family time, movie night whatever – you should always feel free to join in. During the week, it’s generally quiet, as I (and possibly you) would be working from home. Final note: You’d be sharing this space in my home and, therefore, I need to know a little of who you are before you request a viewing. Not interested in drama, people listing less than the rental amount, people who need to move immediately… The best fit are professionals relocating from out of town or mature students.
