About the room
I have one bedroom available for a house. Our landlord lives next door and is very kind. The lease is from October 2020- May 2021. Rent is $475 with a deposit of $450 and you’d share a bathroom with another girl and me. We are very quiet and very clean but also very friendly. We looking for another girl. Bills include PGE ($20-30/ month) and Wifi (less than $20).
About the roomies
Roomate #1 is 21, is a full time worker and schools she is social and fun one. She shares the master bedroom with a private bathroom with he boyfriend who has the same personality as her. He takes out the trash. Lol.
Roomate #2 loves plants, is age 24, and a full time worker
Roomate #3 she is 18, very kind and quiet and chill.
