The bus stops on the corner, 1/2 block North of the house and the City’s bike trail system is nearby. Walking distance to groceries, Silver Lake Park & City Pool. Free street parking available if you have a vehicle. Its a 5-7 minute drive to downtown/Mayo Clinic. Roommates are usually good for a ride if you need one?
