Apartment is a 3 bed, 3 bath on the 3rd floor. Available room is roughly over 100 sq ft, with own bathroom in the hallway. Laundry washer/dryer included in-unit. Hardwood floors throughout. Balcony with seating. Nice kitchen with new appliances. Elevator access. No parking available with this unit however there is always ample street parking out front, on the side & in the suburban neighborhood behind the building (no street cleaning either). Very quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Must be OK with dogs, LGBT & 420 friendly. 5 minutes from the beach.

Guy & Girl roommates, both in their 30s, looking for a third roommate to join our Playa Del Rey oasis. Guy works in TV, girl as a rehab counselor. There’s also an adorable little lab/beagle named London (therapy dog for the Girl). Both of us work during the week and chill out on the weekends. We like to go to the beach, hiking, camp trips to the desert, avid movie & TV watchers. Girl is sober so no hard drugs in the house (420 & alcohol OK).
