This is for a room in a two-bedroom unit in the Square One apartments in the heart of Sandy Springs. It’s right next door to Whole Foods and just a short walk to the best local restaurants and shopping. The units feature well-appointed interior finishes and great amenities like a rooftop pool and fitness center.

I’m an architect who just moved to Sandy Springs. I’m currently living in a one-bedroom unit, but come April 2021 will be switching to a 2-bedroom unit. I have lingering student loans, and am hoping to take on a roommate to reduce my rent so I can contribute more to my loans each month. I’m quiet, clean, and ultra-respectful of roommates. I’m looking for the same in someone else. Working professionals are preferred, but I’m open to anyone who is reliable with rent and respectful.
