Rose's room

Furnished room with private attached bath and an adjacent space that you can use for teleworking space and/or storage.

Furniture includes bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, shelves, and optional chair.

Common spaces are all available, including kitchen, washer and dryer, art room, living room, front and back yard, foyer with sitting space. The house has no TV but there is wifi so you can watch shows on your own device. Month to month rental. Street parking is free and unlimited, but sometimes competitive. House is eclectic and artsy. The dog is really cute but sometimes barks a lot.

Smoking outside is fine with me, but you would be the only one doing it. Ok with alcohol and plants - no hard drugs.
