Great size room right next to the bathroom, and across from laundry room. Split floor plan (rooms are nicely spread out). You will truly feel like you will have your own space/ privacy.
Nice quiet newer neighborhood (just about a year old). House in a cul de sac and neighboring house is several feet away.

The room will be available by the second week in October and would be a great fit for someone looking for a short lease (6-10 months).

Security Deposit is refundable (contingent on any property damage) Requesting 1st and last months rent up front. For utilities, you can choose to either pay 1/3 of Utilities or a flat $100 monthly fee.

I am the home owner. It is me and my son living here. We are pretty quit and simple (looking for the same in a roommate). We have one well mannered medium sized dog.

I am a a healthcare worker and stay pretty busy with work and family. We are not big on hosting parties with the exception of the occasional dinner.

We are happy to share our space, eat meals together, watch a movie, go for walk, etc. However we are also happy to let you just do your own thing. Maybe a little of both… let me know what works for you. I stay well organized and keep a clean house.

Being that I have my son who is there 90% of the time, I am ok with cigaret smokers (outside only, away from widows/doors), but I am not 420 friendly.
