Jack's room

The house was recently renovated, 17X37 inground pool, all utilities included, located on a cul-de-sac with no traffic, very convenient to college, hospital, shopping, islands, interstate. Everything provided just bring your clothes and move in. Must be dog friendly because I have a lab. Also I have another male professional tenant living in the house in his 20’s. No lease required, deposit required, and possible background check.

I am single caucasian older male, very laid back open minded, maintain a very clean and orderly home, work 2 part time jobs, enjoy having friends over to cookout and hang out at the pool, non drinker and no drugs and I don’t allow drugs. Have a professional tenant in his middle 20’s with a very secure professional job. He is an avid hunter, enjoys fishing anything outdoors, very nice guy and respectful of others.
