I am a 28 year old Naval Officer from California. I work a normal 7am-3pm job and usually keep myself busy on the weekends. I love to cook, workout, bike, and hit the beaches. I am easy going, looking for a chill roommate preferably around the same age. Other roommate is a 29 year old working professional.

I will only be renting out two of the rooms so you will only be sharing the bathroom with one person. Price of rent is includes all bills except electricity (covered up to a certain amount). I have two small dogs, cannot take any additional cats or dogs in the house.
