I am searching for a house guest to rent a private room with lock and key, access to kitchen, common areas, washer and dryer in my fully furnished house for only $200 per week (cash only) and nonrefundable even if u don’t finish staying the whole week. Also $100 nonrefundable cash deposit and that is cheaper then any place on this site. Individually priced per person! I charge by the week for legal purposes but will accept $400 bi-weekly (cash only) and i don’t provide a lease. This gives you the flexibility to move out at anytime. Utilities and Wifi are included. House is located off Sunset Rd. The bus stop is a 3 min walk, 4 minute drive from North Lake Mall, 7 miles from Uptown and 15 mins drive from the airport with 28216 as the area code. No dudes, kids, parties, loud music, pets or hanging anything on the wall. *SECTION 8 not accepted. (NON-SMOKING & DRUG FREE House). Nice and quiet neighborhood! I serve as the Treasurer on the Home Owners Association Board and also work Uptown. It will be worth taking a look at this, trust me. **MUST HAVE PROFF OF EMPLOYMENT. You will need to get a PO Box unless you already have mail going to a different address. **Can’t use my address to receive MAIL for legal reasons. Post office is 3 minutes away.

I am the owner that sleeps in the master bedroom. I serve as the Treasurer on the HOA committee. There is also another lady that is currently renting another room therfore it would be a shared bathroom between you two. However there is a half bath downstairs.
