–Fully furnished room for ONE person only; provides everything you need including clean bedding and linens; this is NOT the room for you if you have a carload full of belongings. If you have a modest amount of clothing and few personal items, this could be a good fit; great for a minimalist or person in transition. There is no room for storage anywhere in the room or house. Room is cleaned weekly so keeping the room orderly and clutter free is a must.

–PET-FREE due to sensitivities

–OK for someone without a car as amenities are a short uber, bike ride, or walkable distance away
