The apartment has a separate entrance, (w/ motion activated lighting), via steps from the patio. It is partially furnished, w/ a pull-out couch, loveseat, some other furniture, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven. The space is about 14 X 30 feet, but there is no kitchen counter, oven, sink, etc. The bathroom has a vanity w/ sink, shower, toilet.

You will have access to the laundry room (washer and dryer), “whole-house vacuum”, and the entire house is climate controlled w/ electrostatic air-filtration, and has WiFi. The house is located in New Hyde Park at (about 1 mile south of the LIE, between New Hyde Park Rd and Shelter Rock Rd).

You will have use of the patio, outdoor gas grill, and - If you are open-minded, I can offer you to have a “semi-cohabitation” arrangement (use of kitchen when I am home). I am considering to install a small counter top, some cabinets, and a kitchen sink in the apartment (when I can afford to do so).
I am 5’9“, 162, very active, fit, and hoping for similar. I have no objection to a tenant hosting a GF, BF, FWB - but not to reside here. I am seeking a male tenant, because I don’t want complaints that “it is cold”, I am in the laundry room wearing underwear, etc. Being mutually open-minded, some co-habitation in “common areas” in the house (ie for laundry and cooking), and respect each other’s privacy, peace & quiet will be necessary.

I live alone, have a cat (that is never in the apartment or laundry room). I am always up early, make my coffee, and won’t mind having a nice guy in my kitchen, sharing a cup.
I have a busy work schedule, so I cook large portions of food, mostly on weekends - so I don’t have to cook much during the week. I am oprren to doing some joint food shopping / cooking.
