Young Professional wanted for roommate! Amazing house with beautiful backyard, lots of living space, and likeminded, mature, and friendly roommates! 15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from down-town Oceanside, 15 min from Carlsbad, 40 from San Diego. The house is 2,300 square-feet with a big, completely redone backyard that is perfect for grilling out and entertaining friends on the weekend. Renter pays 1/5 share of SDGE/City Utilities ($60-$150 range depending on time of year); Owner pays internet, landscaping, HOA, everything else.

Honestly this is a wonderful place to live and its great to be within striking distance of everything and have a great place to come home to and decompress at the end of the day. You’re going to love it!

Looking for: Somebody (male or female) who has a good stable job, is friendly and social, generally does their part for keeping things clean and wants no-dramas! Casual drinking is totally cool, not looking for a party animal though.

Pets? Housetrained, friendly doggos and cats are welcome for an extra $100/month rent on a case by case basis. (i.e. need to make sure all the animals get along!)

Living Situation: 3 female corporate workers, 1 male med students living here. Looking for down to earth, respectful people. We have a vested interest in keeping good vibes only and making sure everyone gets along. Everyone is social people and we’ve never had a problem with a roommate. Roommates entertain and have people over sometimes and you’re welcome to do the same!
