For rent is an unfurnished bedroom in an asian household with shared newly renovated bathroom for a SINGLE occupant. The furniture in the pictures are only for reference. However, we do have some spare furniture if you want to use them. The house is located near Del Mar Ave. and Garvey Ave. It’s a spacious room with ample closet and shelving.

You will be living in an Asian household with 4 people. However, you would have NO laundry and limited kitchen access (you can bring your own microwave and small fridge, but no hotplates or gas stoves). Though simple preparation is ok in the house kitchen.
