Choice Center Drive

Need someone to take over my lease at State Apartments. Rent includes a really convenient parking spot! It is a 12 month lease that goes until July 31st. It is a pet friendly place. The apartment is great, it is 4 bedroom and 4 bath. The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, closet and dresser. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom, so is not an ensuite. The living room has a sofa, chair, tv stand, tv (Half mine, half my roomie’s but I’m going to leave it), and a side table. Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and lots of storage space! The apartment building has a lot of outdoor space, a pool, beach volleyball courts and grills. It is super close to campus and close to supermarkets too. It’s a great location.

There are 4 of us living here right now, my 3 roomies are super nice! One of them is allergic to cats, but they love all other animals. The internet was really bad, so we all chipped in and bought a wifi router so now we have amazing wifi! The utilities (gas and electrics) are not included in rent. I paid $18 last month to give you an idea.
