About the room
Located off of Quarterfield rd in Glen Burnie MD. Private furnished bedroom on second floor of house. Room includes a full size bed (with new mattress pad, sheets, comforter and pillows), mini fridge, microwave, smart TV and fios WiFi and cable. All utilities included. 2nd floor has private entrance and 2 private rooms and a shared bathroom. This is a one room rental. No couples. The other private room is already occupied.
About the roomies
The other private room is rented by a long term tenant who has been living here for 10+ years. He is very quiet and stays to himself. Very friendly retired cartoon artist. The lower level of the home (separate from upstairs rooms) is occupied by another older male who is also a long term tenant who is very friendly but quiet and sticks to himself.
Looking for a quiet, clean and responsible tenant. Preferably retired.
The landlord shares the property in a separate residence behind the rental house with his son and family.
