Irise Court

Hi everyone. I have a room available for month to month, 3 month or 6 month contracts. One person only. No smoking, no pets except small animals like reptiles, fish, hamsters, etc. I do have a small dog, she’s old and quiet, she won’t be allowed in your room if you don’t want, but has free access to the rest of the apartment. Looking for someone that is clean (mostly in the kitchen), quiet (passed 9pm) and courteous. You won’t have to sign a lease, but a notarized roommate agreement will be made.

I work full time, I like video games, crafting, mostly nerd stuff. I can keep to myself or be social, whatever people are looking for in a roommate.
