The rent is $1,000 per month. The security deposit is $500. PLEASE NOTE: I am willing to waive the security deposit if you have your own bedroom furniture and/or I will furnish the room but require the $500 security deposit.

You will have your own full bathroom- which is located inside your room, share the common areas (living room, deck/grill, backyard, kitchen, laundry area, & garage for storage). The kitchen is brand new and equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, a washer, and dryer in the unit.

The rent includes all utilities (electric, water, home security, FiOS cable, and high-speed internet).

Potential tenant MUST be clean, respectful, responsible, and willing to do a background check.

I am a professional female that is laid back and quiet for the most part. I’m very clean, easy going, organized, and respect others privacy. I don’t mind guests as long as it doesn’t feel like I have a 3rd roommate. If I’m not working, I like to watch sports, Netflix, and grill out on the deck.
