Vanessa's room

I am looking for someone (preferably long term) to rent a 12x12 master bedroom in a bit older, but cozy and a pretty nice sized house. The house has a big backyard (great for dogs), a carport, is in a great neighborhood very close to hwy 27 and the exit to the Turnpike. Property is also close to many schools, college, hospital, etc.. In the pictures things look a bit messy, that’s because they were redoing the floors and carpet. Things will be organized and clean before the move-in date!

I’m as true of an introvert as I can be, keeping to myself in my room/office and enjoying living a bit more on the quiet side. I am a night owl and tend to invert my days for nights regularly, so I would be better compatible with someone that doesn’t mind me sometimes talking at 3-4 am on the weekends (I work early mornings mon-fri). I don’t smoke, am considerate of other’s boundaries, won’t have many people coming and going/social gatherings. As for pets, I love animals and would be fine with pets if they are well trained or don’t bark excessively. I will barely use the communal areas (kitchen/living/dining), so you’ll have plenty of space beside your room around the house.
