Hi! I currently have a roommate (F) and 2 dogs, and I (30) am looking for another roommate to take one of the extra rooms! Utilities (PGE and water), wifi, garbage, and lawn services are included in flat rent. I also buy laundry detergent, laundry softener, sponges, dish soap, hand soap, and other cleaning products for the household to use/share unless you have your own preferences. We’d prefer a roommate in our age group of 25-35 but it is not a deal breaker.
