We are located in a quiet Chicago neighborhood. We are in Pulaski Park and relatively close to hip towns like Lincoln Square, Lincoln Park and others. The area is a melting pot of different cultures and ethnicities. There is a large Christian, Muslim, and Jewish Community. Indian town and Korean town are nearby. Within 10 minutes of driving, you can pretty much access any large retailer, restaurant, or bar. Public transportation is within walking distance!

All roommates will go through the same screening requirements which include:

1. Currently, we do NOT allow pets in the unit.
2. We do NOT accept smokers.
3. Pass a background and credit check (a fee of $40 which will be refunded IF we sign the lease and credit score of 600)
4. Provide proof that your income is three times the monthly rent.
5. Provide a deposit equal to one month’s rent.
6. NO prior evictions.
7. Provide two references from past landlords (if necessary).
