Room Description: Mid sized room with 1 large closet and 1 window. (Seen in pictures) The tenant will have their own bathroom and shower attached to their room!

Our home: a four bedroom, two bathroom house located on the first floor of a two story duplex. We have a great backyard with patio furniture, garden space and we like to paint on the fence. We also have a washer and dryer in the backyard. There is plenty of street parking. We are a 10 minute walk to West Oakland Bart and only a 10 minute drive from the Bay Bridge! We have a good relationship with the upstairs tenants and our neighborhood in general.

The roommates and “house culture”

We are three diverse womxn in our mid-late 20s who work or are in school. As a house we have created a chill, positive, supportive and respectful home. We require our new tenant to be an open, collaborative communicator who is respectful towards boundaries. We are not neat freaks, but work collectively to keep the space reasonably tidy. We are alcohol and weed friendly. We get along well and take care of each other. We have safety precautions in place for covid, limiting visitors and being cautious outside the house but two of us are essential workers that require us to leave the house and interact with people. We have male-identified partners who sometimes visit our home and It is likely not an ideal space for an immunocompromised person.
