🏡 Seeking roommates for a cozy Rocky River home! Currently, I have 3 spacious rooms available upstairs. You can choose to set up one as a home office or opt for shared occupancy with roommates (additional costs apply). Utilities will be fairly split among tenants, promoting transparency and community.

In addition to the full shared bathroom, there’s a half bath available with the option for limited access if needed. The living room boasts a 65-inch TV for shared entertainment. Feel free to bring your personal touches to make our home uniquely ours.

Outdoors, enjoy a serene yard with a spacious fire pit and chairs—perfect for stargazing. There’s also a back patio for unwinding. Parking is hassle-free with free space available in the driveway.

The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, providing ample space for cooking endeavors. Cabinet space is plentiful, and there’s room in the basement for additional storage accessible to all residents.

For your convenience, laundry facilities, including a washer, dryer, and slop sink, are available downstairs. Looking ahead, I plan to create a lounge area and a workout space in the basement and also add a soft water system, making it an even more versatile and enjoyable area for all.

The neighborhood is not only friendly but also convenient, with shopping, groceries, gas stations, and restaurants all within a 3-minute drive. Plus, there are parks just a few minutes away, offering basketball and tennis courts, as well as fields for outdoor activities.

Leases start at 12 months, with the option for renewal. To ensure a safe living environment, background checks are required. The security deposit, equivalent to one month’s rent, is refundable upon move-out.
