The house is a 1920’s. If your a person that can be with another in a small sized house then this is the place for you! We share one bathroom, your room will be small (negotiable), not a lot of storage but their is a basement! it’s a very gentle house, old school, but beautiful in its own way. Has a sunroom. Beautiful in summer & winter. Has a wide open backyard! I think it’s most of that I can say until you come see it! It’ll describe itself(: oh and it’s super close to old town

Hi I’m Andrew, people call me Aj. I’m 26 years old. I’m from Cheyenne, WY. I’m Italian blooded. I grew up in the pizza industry, my family line opened pizza restaurants. Can make you a home style fresh! Up in the air, fly, & jump! Haha. Currently, I do commercial cleaning. I work nights and landscaping sometimes during the day. I got a dog named Jonah. He’s real chill, mature & playful. He’s never a bother, until you walk out the door for 5 minutes, walk back in and get attacked with love and a wagging tail like he hasn’t seen you for months. That’s your problem from there. From the time that I moved here to Fort Collins I’m still getting to know myself. I enjoy cooking, Hanging out with my friends, going to the gym, going to the park, food trucks, beer. I enjoy the outdoors as much as I can and just going by for what the day has to give. I’m a genuine person. I help out whoever I can, when I can, and if I can. These are just a few things to describe.
