Private entrance new tile spacious private room. Microwave mahogany furniture.Florida room right next to room and bathroom right next to room. Lock 🔐 on your door. Basically back part of the house you would occupy a door separates the front part of house from the back.

Only other person is myself. I have two dogs and they stay in my area occasionally they hang out in Florida room. My house 🏠 is my office by day. The roommate needs to have daytime outside of the house job and transportation. Its a quiet neighborhood and people stay to themselves and so do l. You need to have your own support system l don’t Socialize with my neighbors and l don’t want any guests or your girlfriend to move in. Go to their house you will want a change of scenery the room is for one person only. Its a great transition situation last roommate getting a divorce one before new job looking for a house. No drugs no drama. Smokers OK but you need to use the Florida room to smoke. Month to month agreement last two roommates stayed one a year the other 8 months. Ones divorce was final the other closed on a new house
