About the room
We have a private room for rent in a beautiful house on the Sunset Cliffs in Point Loma. Ocean view from the room (and the roof!). This is a 3bd/1ba house with three guys living in the house (two are sharing one room) and one room for rent. There is some flexibility of which room is available with the price point at $700 or $800, not including utilities. We have a dog as well!
We are young professionals who keep the house clean. Non-smoking, relaxed, and often have guests from out of town staying with us, so we’re looking for someone that is flexible and enjoys meeting new people.
